Each of the Member States may allow road transport of goods to be performed by a road transport company based in Russia or Belarus, if it considers that such transport is necessary for the purpose of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">import or transport to the Union of fossil fuels and metals,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">purchase, import or transport of pharmaceutical, medical, agricultural and food products, as well as fertilizers,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">humanitarian,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">the operation of diplomatic and consular representations of the Union and its member states in Russia, or of international organizations in Russia which enjoy immunities, or<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">the transfer or export of cultural goods to Russia that are subject to loan in the framework of cultural cooperation with Russia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong>The sanctions do not apply to EU carriers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">The ban does not apply until April 16, 2022 for <strong><u>goods transport which started before 9 April 2022, provided that the vehicle was already in the territory of the Union on 9 April 2022 or must have transited through the Union to return to Russia.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d8a0da5 elementor-section-stretched elementor-section-height-min-height elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-items-middle\" data-id=\"d8a0da5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9362603\" data-id=\"9362603\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2a667b elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"b2a667b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69cafd4 elementor-button-success elementor-align-justify elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"69cafd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-size-xl elementor-animation-pop\" role=\"button\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">INTRA MODULE - CHANGES<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1fe4d9 elementor-button-success elementor-align-justify elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"f1fe4d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-size-xl\" role=\"button\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Please be advised that according to information from the European Commission, the INTRA module in the Traces Classic system will be available only until October 16, 2021.  The launch of the INTRA module in the TRACES NT system is scheduled for October 11, 2021. Regulation (EU) 2016\/429 of 9 March 2016 on transmissible animal diseases and amending and repealing certain acts in the field of animal health (\"Animal Health Law) enters into force.
